• Own and drive the growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Help ideate and execute growth experiments (A/B tests, user journeys).
• Analyze user data to understand behavior and uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan and oversee email campaigns, landing pages, and SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and marketing to test high-leverage ideas.
• Set up analytics (e.g., PostHog) and document strategies, tests, and learnings.
